How LumeCode handles the information you share with us.

Who we are
LumeCode is a web development studio based in Kandy, Sri Lanka. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@lumecode.tech.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, business name and message you enter. If you reach us on WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive whatever details you share in that conversation. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we do not send unsolicited bulk email.
Services we rely on
Contact-form messages are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-handling service, and our email is handled by our email provider. These providers process your message only to deliver it to us. The site is served through our website host, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited, the rough region visitors come from, and the type of device used. To do this Google may set cookies and process this data on our behalf. We use it only to improve the site; we do not use advertising cookies and we do not try to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to the site.
Keeping & deleting your data
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to deliver your project. You can ask us to show or delete the information we hold about you at any time — just email hello@lumecode.tech and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
